Wrath

Is wrath an inherent trait/characteristic/attribute of God? Or is it an emotion that was created (not a great word but all I’ve got at the moment) after the fall of the angels?

…Miss America. Er, I mean Chloe Jocelyn Noelle Bailey. She was born at 1:14pm on February 15, 2008 weighing in at 6lbs 13oz and reaching a devastatingly amazing 20 inches in length.

She will most certainly be Miss America someday. Fauxhawk and all.
